1 Why is SafelyFiled going international with Hadageto?

As working environments change and tech develops rapidly, our dependency on secure means of digital filing and sharing is growing dramatically.

Large organisations with sophisticated IT infrastructure and big budgets can handle the development of expensive systems to keep documents secure, but small businesses and individuals often struggle to keep up. Hadageto, incorporating SafelyFiled, was developed specifically to address that problem.

2 Why is Hadageto different from SafelyFiled?

Hadageto is a bit like SafelyFiled ‘Version 2.0’. It has been developed by very experienced document management experts, including the co-founder of SafelyFiled.

It is packed with features that SafelyFiled customers have asked about over the years, such as choosing where in the world you want to store your documents. It also enables compliance with the EU Privacy Laws known as General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). U.S. privacy laws are also becoming more stringent so joining Hadageto enables us to stay ahead of future legal changes.

3 What will happen to my SafelyFiled account?

The SafelyFiled platform will migrate to Hadageto and cease to exist at the end of February 2021. This means you have lots of time to join us in our new, super-secure document management and filing system.

Most platforms that work hard to keep up with the latest technology demands go through different versions of themselves, and we are no exception. But don’t worry, we’ll send you a few reminders before SafelyFiled is taken offline.

4 What happens to my payment information?

Your payment information will disappear securely along with your old SafelyFiled account. It is up to you to choose how you would like to replace it with your Hadageto account and we are here to help you.

We will also make sure that when you switch, your membership from SafelyFiled is honoured: You won’t lose any space or time you have paid for via SafelyFiled.

5 How do I get started?

You have received an email with introductory information about our growth and how we will help you. To register for your Hadageto account today, and replace your SafelyFiled one, head over to Hadageto - Registration.

If you need more help, you can email safelyfiled@hadageto.com to ask for one-on-one assistance or sign up for one of our upcoming tutorials and videos on how to move your documents over.

You can also use the case sensitive coupon ‘safelyfiled21’ when you register with Hadageto and get three months for free!

6 How do I use the coupon you sent to me via email?

It’s easy! All you need to do is enter the coupon safelyfiled21 (all lowercase) when you’re setting up your Hadageto account.

Head over to Hadageto - Registration, click on USA, choose the business or personal account option you would like and after entering your log-in details (name, email and password) you’ll reach the payment page.

At the top of the payment page, you will see a box where you can apply your exclusive coupon. It applies itself as soon as you write safelyfiled21 in that box.

It’s important to us that as a SafelyFiled customer, you make the most of your exclusive offer. If you have any problems getting set up, email safelyfiled@hadageto.com.
